How to Customize:

1. Choose your preferred type of leaf and frame style.
2. Add it to your cart and complete the payment.
3. Send your order number along with the photo you want engraved to our email: support@lamem.ca, or click the "Chat With Us" button on the bottom right of the webpage to message us.
4. If you have any special requests, such as adding text or a commemorative date, please include them in your mail or message. Otherwise, the default engraving will only include the photo.

Photo Requirements

1. Resolution should be no less than 800×600 pixels. The clearer the photo, the better the engraving result.

2. The main subject of the photo should be prominent, with a clear outline and distinct color contrast.

3. Avoid photos that are too bright, too dark, or blurry.

4. To ensure the quality of your custom product, our team may contact you to discuss specific photo editing requirements. Please ensure your email is accessible.

Environmental and Product Aesthetic Statement: 

The leaves used for engraving are naturally grown and eco-harvested. They are pressed, naturally air-dried, and sterilized with heat, without the use of chemical bleaches, dyes, or disinfectants. Due to the natural characteristics of plant growth, spots, cracks, insect holes, and non-perfect symmetrical shapes may appear. These are part of the leaf's natural traits, representing the beauty of nature, and we ask for your understanding.

Our MDF frames are made from recycled wood fibers, which helps reduce tree cutting and protect our precious forests. By effectively utilizing waste wood, we also reduce solid waste. This makes our product more environmentally friendly.
